Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

AdsDial ERP System offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if work on the project has not yet commenced
  • Refunds are available within 14 days if the project work is incomplete and the client is not satisfied with the initial deliverables
  • Refunds are not available once the project is completed and delivered to the client
  • Refunds may be issued if AdsDial fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services or circumstances are non-refundable:

  • Services already rendered or completed work
  • Projects where substantial work has been completed (more than 50% of project scope)
  • Projects cancelled by the client after work has begun
  • Services purchased with promotional codes or discounts
  • Refunds requested after 14 days of payment

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your AdsDial ERP account
  2. Navigate to the project in question
  3. Click on "Request Refund" or contact our support team
  4. Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
  5. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed, AdsDial may offer a partial refund based on the following calculation:

Refund Amount = Total Project Cost × (100% - Percentage of Work Completed)

The percentage of work completed will be determined by AdsDial's project management team based on deliverables and milestones achieved.

6. Cancellation Due to Service Failure

If AdsDial fails to provide the agreed-upon services or significantly delays project delivery without valid reason, clients are eligible for a full refund. This includes:

  • Failure to start the project within the agreed timeframe
  • Failure to deliver completed work within 30 days of the agreed deadline
  • Providing services that do not meet agreed-upon quality standards

7. Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to work towards a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be escalated to the management team. All refund disputes must be reported within 30 days of payment.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

AdsDial ERP System reserves the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Third-Party Payment Processor

All payments are processed through Razorpay. For payments made through Razorpay, refunds will be processed in accordance with both this policy and Razorpay's refund policy. Please refer to Razorpay's terms for additional details on payment processing and refunds.
