1. Digital Delivery Service
AdsDial ERP System is a cloud-based project management and video production platform. As such, all deliverables are provided digitally. There is no physical shipping involved in our service. All files, videos, and project deliverables are delivered through our secure online portal.
2. Delivery Timeline
Project deliverables are provided according to the timeline agreed upon in the project proposal. Standard delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Script Writing: 3-5 business days from approval of brief
- Voice Over Recording: 2-3 business days after script approval
- Video Editing: 5-7 business days after voice over approval
- Final Video Delivery: 1-2 business days after final approval
Custom timelines can be negotiated based on project complexity and urgency requirements.
3. File Delivery Methods
Project deliverables are delivered through multiple secure methods:
- AdsDial Portal: Files are uploaded to your secure project dashboard
- Google Drive Link: High-quality files shared via secure cloud storage
- Direct Download: Files can be downloaded directly from the portal
- Email Notification: Clients receive email notifications when files are ready
4. File Formats & Quality
We deliver files in industry-standard formats:
- Video: MP4 (H.264 codec), 1080p or 4K depending on project specifications
- Audio: MP3, WAV, or uncompressed format
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, or project-specific formats
- Project Files: Adobe Creative Cloud formats (PSD, AE, PRPROJ)
5. Delivery Delays
We make every effort to deliver projects on time. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays:
- We will notify you immediately if a delay is expected
- We will provide a revised delivery date
- For delays exceeding 30 days without valid reason, customers are eligible for a refund or discount on future work
- Delays caused by client feedback/revision rounds do not count towards our SLA
6. Revisions & Redelivery
Included revision rounds are as per your project proposal. Additional revision requests beyond the included number:
- First 2 additional revisions: Complimentary
- Subsequent revisions: ₹2,000 per revision
- Redelivery of approved files: Complimentary within 30 days, ₹1,000 after 30 days
7. File Access & Storage
File access policies:
- Files remain accessible on the portal for 90 days after project completion
- Extended storage available for ₹500 per month
- Archive storage available for ₹1,000 per month for files not actively used
- Clients receive lifetime access to their project folder on the portal
8. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed when:
- Files are uploaded to the client's project portal
- Client receives notification email with download link
- Client acknowledges receipt of files
- Project is marked as "Delivered" in the system
9. Technical Issues During Delivery
In case of technical issues preventing file delivery:
- We will attempt multiple delivery methods (portal, drive, email)
- If delivery fails, we will provide an alternative solution within 24 hours
- Technical issues do not constitute a missed deadline

10. Backup & Contingency
To ensure reliable delivery:
- All project files are backed up on secure servers
- Multiple redundancy systems ensure 99.9% uptime
- In case of system failure, files are redelivered within 48 hours
- No additional charges for contingency delivery
11. International Delivery
AdsDial ERP System serves clients globally with no geographic restrictions on delivery. All files are delivered via secure cloud services with equal delivery timeframes regardless of client location.
